S-Bar Construction breathed new life into a combined 90,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office space for the Hussion Family Trust. This project transformed the property in just eight weeks. The warehouse received a functional upgrade with electrical rewiring, high-speed doors, improved drainage, and a secure entry system. Inside the office area, the focus shifted to creating a modern and comfortable work environment.

New fixtures, granite countertops, and sleek flooring were installed throughout, while the HVAC system received a complete refresh. The project's scope extended outdoors with roof repairs, landscaping improvements, and a thorough exterior cleaning.
