Paul Siwek

Paul Siwek is the Chief Executive Officer of S-Bar Construction Company, a dynamic commercial construction firm specializing in the revitalization of commercial, industrial, and office spaces across North America. With a strong foundation in engineering and a proven track record in project management and business development, Paul brings a unique perspective to the construction industry.

Prior to co-founding S-Bar Construction with Jason Barkatt in 2022, Paul held leadership roles at industry giants Accenture and KBR. His tenure at Accenture focused on digitally transforming engineering, construction, and operations for clients in the oil and gas sector. At KBR, he gained extensive experience in project management and business development, including a two-year overseas assignment to Saudi Arabia.

Paul's entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond S-Bar. He has a successful history in real estate, restaurant ownership, and technology advisory, demonstrating his versatility as a business leader.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and the University of Houston with an MBA, Paul combines technical expertise with strategic acumen. When not leading S-Bar, he enjoys spending time with his four children, traveling, good food, following college sports working out, exploring new culinary experiences, and giving back to the community through his involvement with SEARCH Homeless Services.

Chief Operations Officer, Owner

Jason Barkatt

Jason is a seasoned and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer with over 37 years of extensive experience in project management, general construction, and oversight of commercial and industrial projects ranging from 10,000 to a million square feet.

With a strong commitment to excellence, Jason has left an indelible mark on the industry through his involvement in a wide array of impactful projects. From build-to-suit and residential buildings to Starbucks stores, his diverse portfolio showcases his versatility and ability to deliver high-quality results across different sectors. Furthermore, his expertise in custom commercial and residential construction, including cabinetry, trim work, kitchen and baths, and building additions, has earned him the moniker of the "Bob Villa" of his group.

Beyond his technical prowess, Jason is a trusted expert in offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of construction practices. Jason currently resides in the Trinity with his wife, where he continues to drive innovation and excellence in every project he undertakes.

Adam Siwek

Adam is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, making him a valuable asset to any project. His expertise spans across various sectors, including commercial construction, renovations, and remodeling.

Adam's skillset is well-rounded, encompassing project and construction management, general construction tasks, and strategic planning. He excels in client analysis, market research, and contract drafting, ensuring successful project execution from conception to completion. His commitment to safety is evident through his OSHA 10 certification and his additional qualifications in crane and lift operation and CPR.

Beyond his professional achievements, Adam is a proud father of two and resides in Austin, Texas. He is not only a builder by trade but also a savvy investor, having successfully managed a $1 million residential real estate portfolio. His experience encompasses the entire life cycle of an investment property, from acquisition and tenant management to navigating market fluctuations, renovations, and sales.

Adam's dedication and diverse skillset position him for continued success in the construction industry. He is a results-oriented leader with a passion for building not just structures, but also strong client relationships and a thriving career.

George Barkatt

George Barkatt is a dedicated and experienced commercial superintendent with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. With a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills, George consistently delivers high-quality work within budget and on schedule. His exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities make him a valuable asset to any construction team.

Project Manager

Andy McCay

Andy is an accomplished project manager with an extensive array of specialized skills. With a remarkable 34 years of experience as a master electrician, he possesses an in-depth understanding of plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, roofing, and framing, all of which he brings to bear on every project. Andy's journey in the industry began early, hailing from Bessemer, Alabama, and embarking on his career at the age of 16. Over the years, he has amassed a wealth of expertise that sets him apart in the field.

His portfolio boasts remarkable achievements, including the oversight of the construction of 129 houses in a mere 9 months in Millageville, GA and his leadership on a substantial $10 million wastewater plant project in Indiana. Through his dedication and skill, Andy has consistently delivered high-quality results, earning a reputation for excellence in project management. Additionally, Andy is a devoted family man, married with two children, and holds a heat and air license, further underscoring his proficiency in various facets of the construction industry.
