S-Bar Construction revitalized 16 apartments located in Houston's trendy East Downtown neighborhood. This comprehensive remodel project transformed two identical buildings, each containing eight units, from outdated 1950s structures into modern living spaces. Working closely with Rozbrat Group Investments, S-Bar managed the entire process, from architectural planning and permitting to project completion and occupancy certification.

The scope of work involved a complete down-to-the-studs renovation. This included pier-and-beam foundation repairs, a complete roof rebuild, and total re-framing of walls and stairwells. Modern conveniences were incorporated throughout, including separate HVAC units for each apartment, new electrical wiring, and PEX plumbing systems. Stylish upgrades like laminate flooring, granite countertops, and custom-made wrought-iron entry doors further elevate the living experience.

With meticulous attention to detail, S-Bar also addressed any necessary mold remediation and termite treatment, ensuring the safety and comfort of future residents. This project exemplifies S-Bar's commitment to transforming tired properties into vibrant and desirable living spaces.
