Tally Energy Move-In

S-Bar Construction partnered with Tally Energy Services, an oilfield services company, to streamline their operations through a strategic relocation and consolidation project. The goal was to move equipment from five separate warehouses into a single, 80,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit warehouse with an adjacent 10,000 sq. ft. office space in Northwest Houston.

This fast-paced, six-week project involved the meticulous dismantling and relocation of equipment to the new facility, ensuring it met Tally's specific manufacturing needs. S-Bar oversaw all aspects, from setting up cubicles and furniture in the office area to installing critical utilities like the Transair compressed air system and high-pressure stainless-steel tubing lines for fabrication equipment. Electrical work included service lines, transformers, and sub-panels to power the equipment, along with ventilation systems to maintain a comfortable work environment.

Safety was paramount, with S-Bar implementing clear markings for forklift lanes and pedestrian walkways, as well as ensuring proper testing and securing of overhead cranes. This project exemplifies S-Bar's ability to deliver efficient and comprehensive solutions, empowering clients like Tally Energy Services to optimize their operations.
